Admission & Withdrawl
The Management reserves to itself the right to select or reject a pupil seeking admission to the school. Similarly, the management decides when the question of retaining a student in the school arises.
A new student joining from any recognised school cannot be admitted without a Transfer Certificate from the previous Institution.
The parent/Guardian of a beginner (student) must produce an official birth certificate e.g. a Municipal/Baptismal Certificate (for Christian) in support of the date of birth entered in the Admission form.
On no condition will the date of birth and name filled in the admission form be changed later on.
One month’s written notice must be given by parents for withdrawal of a student. If a child is withdrawn without notice as prescribed, one month’s fee will be charged in lieu of notice.
No leaving certificate is issued unless all dues to the school have been paid in full, and library books etc. are returned.
